Reporting and Labelling That Watches the Production Line
Weighing data streams to a computer; reports are produced and the product label prints in one step.
Detasis offers solutions to monitor the production line continuously and make processes practical. Through them, detailed reports are reached, and external printers automatically print labels carrying product and weight information.
Reporting-capable weighing applications connect to a computer over cable or wireless; with dedicated software they report by shift, day, month, and year, and add driver detail for vehicles. On a belt weigher, the speed and total weight of the load on the conveyor are tracked.
Weighbridges report in detail through online and offline software — company, route, driver, operator, and weigh time can be set, and stored tare speeds the weigh-in. Weigh-labelling software prints product name, company, barcode, lot, date, and time onto the label.
