Load cells seated under each leg read the contents to the gram and stream the value to your panel.
Detasis designs end-to-end tank and silo weighing built on years of engineering practice. Domestically produced load cells are fitted under the legs of the vessel; manufactured in a range of capacities, they scale from small process tanks to large silos.
The cells connect through anti-tip mounting kits; their signals are equalised in a junction box and passed to an indicator with anti-vibration digital filtering. Readings stay stable even under agitator or fill-induced vibration.
The system links to a computer over cable or wireless, so weight changes are monitored remotely, reported, and printed as labels or tickets. Stainless, watertight enclosures suit food and chemical lines, while explosion-proof builds serve hazardous areas.
