Detasis offers systems that provide continuous control where fixed weight measurement falls short. With these systems — which weigh automatically and steer the process by those weights — control of the workflow stays with the user.
Products connect to an external display and computer over cable or wireless and are watched continuously through indicators and controllers. Loads are tracked even when you are not at the measurement point, and GPS integration shows the load of vehicles on the road in real time.
Automatic weighing systems are designed for different areas: monorail scales measure the load on the rail, checkweighers measure product weight, and belt weighers continuously measure all load on the conveyor. Tank-silo, onboard, and crane-scale solutions run on the same continuous-control logic.
