Detasis offers solutions adapted to different processes for automatic weight detection and faster weighing. Beyond automating the weigh-in, they raise productivity through reporting, label printing, and automation, and reduce the operational load.
The portfolio includes automatic checkweighers, liquid filling and bagging machines, monorail scales, and belt weighers. Checkweighers verify whether a pack is the correct weight and, with an optional metal detector, find foreign objects inside the pack. Models meeting special safety standards are built for hazardous areas.
Mobile weighing that needs no extra platform integrates into forklifts, loaders, and pallet trucks, weighing automatically during handling. Crane scales and dynamometers measure every lifted load at the end point. All applications connect to computer and printer; labels with product name, barcode, lot, and date-time print automatically.
