An Extensible Interface That Connects Weighing to Your Automation
The indicator converts the load-cell signal to weight and passes it to automation over a comms port.
For weighing to run integrated with automation, Detasis offers solutions with an extensible interface. The applications connect to computer, PLC, IPC, DCS, and other equipment, and to a SCADA interface.
Indicators and controllers carry communication ports to connect to this equipment and these interfaces. On models without real-time bus communication as standard, the interface is extended and the required protocol added. Indicators are compatible with automatic bagging, liquid filling, and dosing machines, and work with suitable load cells for force measurement.
Indicators in industrial scale solutions can be swapped on request, enabling automation integration. Industrial scales running on single or multiple cells measure precisely, are built to the required capacity, and run durably in tough conditions.
