Detasis brings weighing and automation to filling and bagging. Liquid filling machines weigh precisely across many sectors — food and chemical first among them — and fill drums, jerrycans, and cans to a preset amount. They work in fast and slow stages, measure net or gross, and can be built explosion-proof for hazardous materials.

Bagging machines fill powder, granular, and bulk material into bags of varied sizes. By material type, the feed is chosen as free-fall, belt, or screw conveyor. After the operator fits the bag, filling starts fast and slows automatically near the target, giving a precise and efficient fill.

Filled bags are sent to a sewing belt or routed by conveyor to the next step, by model. A vibrating platform helps the material settle and a vacuum evacuates trapped air. Controllers with anti-vibration digital filtering and a fill-target function deliver stable results.
