Overload Control That Catches the Limit Before It Is Crossed
The indicator compares measured weight against a set threshold and signals over / under / ok instantly.
Loading beyond capacity creates serious danger on cranes, lifts, scaffolds, and road vehicles. Detasis overload control integrates into these systems to watch the load continuously, preventing both accident risk and legal violation.
One or more load cells are fitted to the system; with multiple cells, signals are equalised in a junction box and sent to the indicator, which converts the electrical signal to weight and compares it against the threshold.
On-screen over, under, and ok states show where the load sits. Through automation the machine can be stopped on overload, or a backup brought online. Depending on the model, cells are built to withstand temporary loads up to twice their rated capacity.
