Make the Vehicle a Mobile Weighbridge Before It Leaves the Yard
Cells mounted between body and chassis measure the load in transit and stream it to the cab.
Detasis onboard weighing turns the vehicle itself into a mobile weighbridge. From refuse and recycling trucks whose load changes on the road, to fleets that cannot reach a fixed weighbridge or pre-weigh their cargo, it gives live weight — preventing accidents and legal violations caused by overloading.
Load cells connect between the body and chassis with dedicated mounting kits that support both accurate measurement and safe transport. A system can be built for any vehicle type and capacity, adapting from hazardous-material tankers to excavation trucks.
Weight is monitored remotely from a cab display and a GPS tracker. Cells are produced to IP68, resistant to rain and road water; cab displays run from the vehicle battery and come in LCD or LED options.
