The Detasis technical service team diagnoses faults in scales and weighing systems on site, quickly narrowing down whether the issue sits in the load cell, the indicator, or a cable or connection point — avoiding unnecessary part replacement. Accurate diagnosis shortens repair time and limits production loss for the operation.
Scheduled maintenance visits check the system end to end: mechanical wear, signal stability, enclosure and cable integrity, and indicator calibration status are each reviewed. Where repair is needed, original or equivalent spare parts are sourced so the site is not left waiting.
Field support is not limited to the moment of failure — it also covers post-installation commissioning, system updates, and operator briefing.
