The steel and rebar scale is a high impact-resistance, long-life industrial weighing system that enables fast, practical and precise weighing of long and heavy materials such as rebar, pipes, profiles and billets in the iron and steel sector.
What sets it apart from standard platform scales is its high mechanical resistance; impact-absorbing mounting kits dampen the kinetic energy generated when metal products are dropped onto the platform. With a reinforced steel platform built from thick plate and supported by I-beams, IP68 load cells and 3,000–10,000 kg capacity depending on platform size, it is ideal for rolling mills and metal processing facilities.
