FLS forklift weighing system: a forklift-mounted weighing solution with standard 2, 4, 6-tonne capacities (custom up to 16 t) and 0.2% accuracy.
The FLS forklift weighing system is a mobile weighing solution made up of 2 weighing modules and 1 weighing display that can be easily fitted to an existing forklift. Installation is completed within 1-2 hours without any mechanical modification to the forklift, and it fits all forklift brands and models (ISO Class II, III, IV).
The weighing modules are mounted between the forks and the carriage plate, displaying the lifted load instantly with 0.2% accuracy. Choosing load cells of the type used in scales gives up to 10 times the precision and safety compared with systems based on hydraulic pressure sensors.
