The BBF big bag filling machine is a weighing and filling system that automatically fills powdered or granular materials into big bags. Depending on the product characteristics and mode of use, it fills an average of 15-30 big bags per hour.
Feeding methods such as free fall, belt conveyor or screw conveyor can be chosen depending on the flowability of the material being filled; a vibrating feed mechanism can be added for a continuous, consistent flow. After the operator attaches the bag to the filling spout and hangs the loops on the hooks, the system starts with fast feeding and automatically switches to a slow, precise feeding mode as it approaches the target value.
