Overview
WTL compression load cell: 10-50 t capacity, OIML R60/C4 certified, IP68 protected, nickel-plated alloy steel body for truck scale applications.
The WTL is a compression load cell manufactured from high-quality stainless steel or special alloy steel, offered across a wide capacity range from 10 t to 50 t. The alloy steel body is heat-treated, cleaned by sandblasting and fully homogenized, then nickel-plated to increase corrosion resistance.
Certified to OIML R60 at C4 accuracy class, the WTL achieves nMax=4000 and Y=15000 in tests conducted across a -10°C to 40°C compensated temperature range. Its dedicated mounting kit supports long-lasting use on truck scales; optional armored or Ex-Proof silicone cable further improves rodent and high-temperature resistance.
