Overview
WTD digital compression load cell: 20-100 t capacity, RS-485/CanBus communication, IP68 protected, automatic corner-balancing digital load cell.
The WTD shares the same compression operating principle as the WTL and is manufactured in capacities from 20 t to 100 t as a digital load cell. Its ADC and microcontroller circuit board, intricately integrated into the body, route the analog signal directly to the ADC without signal loss, addressing long-distance weighing needs; it communicates seamlessly with a digital indicator over RS-485 or CanBus.
On platforms using multiple load cells, a faulty cell is instantly identified via error reporting on the digital indicator, and all corners of the platform remain balanced without needing an external junction box configuration. Chainable via standard connectors, the WTD requires no recalibration after a faulty unit is replaced.
