Overview
SCX load cell: 10-30 t capacity, S-type geometry, OIML R60/C3 tested, IP68 protected, rubber mounting kit for vibration-resistant weighing.
The SCX is a compression load cell manufactured from high-quality stainless steel or special alloy steel; its S-type structure gives it a distinct geometry compared to other compression models. Generally produced in 10 t to 30 t capacities for vehicle weighbridges, tanks, silos and railway wagon scales, it is tested to the OIML R60 standard in the same test environment as the WTL.
The alloy steel body is heat-treated, cleaned by sandblasting, and nickel-plated for increased corrosion resistance. A rubber mounting kit manufactured specifically for the SCX ensures accurate measurement in vibration-prone environments and is unaffected by atmospheric changes; using multiple SCX cells also requires no corner adjustment.
