Overview
LFS-F tension-compression load cell: 2-20 t capacity, standard tension fitting, C1 accuracy class, IP67/IP68 protected load cell.
The LFS-F is a high-precision, bidirectional (tension-compression) load cell manufactured in smaller and mid-range capacities from 2 t to 20 t. It goes through the same manufacturing process as the LFS: the alloy steel is heat-treated, cleaned by sandblasting, fully homogenized, and nickel-plated for corrosion resistance.
The key feature distinguishing the LFS-F from the LFS is that it comes standard with a tension-direction fitting — enabling direct use in tension-rupture test applications without needing an additional fitting. With a C1 accuracy class and low combined error (±0.02 %FS), it delivers precise test results at small-to-medium capacity.
