Overview
FM dynamometer: an IP65-rated, built-in-display tension-direction force-measurement device across a 1–100 t capacity range.
The FM dynamometer is a measurement device that measures force in the tension direction, with a built-in display allowing the weight (force) reading to be monitored in real time. It can be remotely controlled and operated via an optional RF-communication external handheld indicator.
Models up to 5 tonnes capacity are manufactured from an aviation-industry aluminium alloy, with the surface protected by anodizing. For capacities of 10 tonnes and above, a special steel alloy is used, with the outer surface nickel-plated to protect against rust and corrosion. Silicone gaskets in the display mounting give it a sealed structure rated to IP65.
