Overview
BM bagging machine: an automatic bagging system for 10-50 kg bag weights with 15-30 t/h capacity and 3 load cells.
The BM bagging machine is a filling system that automatically places bulk materials weighing between 10 kg and 50 kg into bags. Once the operator attaches a bag to the filling spout, the system starts automatically and fills the bag with the precisely correct weight of product.
When filling is complete, the bag is passed to a moving stitching belt that sews and seals its opening tightly. In silage-bagging applications, the ability to vacuum out excess air from inside the bag extends the shelf life of the bagged product. It is widely used in food, petrochemical, agriculture, construction and mining sectors.
