The above-ground truck scale is a practical vehicle weighing solution that is installed quickly without deep excavation or complex infrastructure, providing reliable and precise weighing of heavy-tonnage trucks and trailers. The platform is mounted directly on flat concrete ground; vehicles use specially designed ramps to enter and exit the scale.
Unlike traditional pit-type weighbridges, its structure rises above the ground, so it is commissioned at low infrastructure cost and is ready for use within a few days after site preparation. With a 40–120 t capacity range, corrosion-resistant steel construction, IP68 stainless steel load cells and OIML R76 certification, it is an ideal, portable weighbridge for mining, construction and recycling sites.
